Hiking, camping and tourism in the White Cloud Peaks Idaho is a pleasant way to spend a day or more in the state of the central recreation area. If only this part of Idaho on a family holiday location, this site belong to undergo treatment.
Traveling north-west between the cities of Ketchum and Stanley, Idaho State Route 75 adjacent to the Sawtooth National Forest to the west and the Salmon-Challis National Forest to the east. Campsites areeach side of the picturesque lake, or in remote areas nearby. The July 4th lake trout tend to cruise close to shore when fishing on your mind. Head to the entrance of the lake, take a look at the deer, which usually congregate in the large field to get and keep an eye out for mountain goats in close contact with the Patterson peak.
This area is covered with mountain heather and wild flowers in the summer months.
You can from this point dotted with alpine lakes and migrate to other areasmountain scenery. Lake Washington is only about a mile from Lake Fourth of July. The road to 200 meters or so and then falls down a similar amount to the lake. The fishing is easy and often good in Lake Washington. Try camping in a place other than the most popular sites to find near the lake outlet.
